The Local Apartments Brand Collateral, Website + Photoshoot

The Local was conceived with Tempians at its heart, embodying values of community, music, and hospitality at its core. Leveraging these key themes, we developed collateral that seamlessly blended playfulness with sophistication. The diamond-shaped secondary logo mark emerged as a unifying element across various items, creating a cohesive brand identity. Moreover, I personally journeyed to Tempe to oversee the property's photo shoot and to craft customized wayfinding iconography, ensuring that every aspect of The Local reflected its unique spirit and resonated with its local audience.
